* A new mortgage of $1.15 million was placed by Meridian on a six-unit multifamily building on West 44th St. The loan features a rate of 3.5% and a five-year term. The transaction was negotiated by David Ostrov.
* Two new mortgages totaling $10 million on an 18-unit multifamily building on Atlantic Ave. and a 40-unit multifamily building on Cumberland St., both in Brooklyn. The loans feature rates of 3.5% and five-year terms. These deals were negotiated by Scott Assouline.
* Three new mortgages totaling $9.2 million were placed by Meridian on a 17-unit mixed-use building on East 2nd St. and two mixed-use buildings with 33 units on Spring St The loans feature rates of 3.5% and five-year terms. These transactions were negotiated by Cary Pollack.
* Three new mortgages totaling $7 million on a 16-unit multifamily building on Knickerbocker Ave., a 19-unit multifamily building on Franklin Ave. and an 18-unit multifamily building on Stanhope St., all in Brooklyn. The loans feature rates of 3.5% and nine-year terms. These transactions were negotiated by Morris Diamant and Jacob Rochlitz.
* A new mortgage of $6.3 millionwas placed by Meridian on a 92-unit, seven-story multifamily building on Bronx Blvd. in the Bronx The loan features a rate of 3.63% and a five-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Charles Grussgott.
* Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $1.425 million on a 20-unit, six-story multifamily building on East 136th St. in the Bronx. The loan features a rate of 3.55% and a five-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Pollack.
