Mehlman appointed CEO of GFI Management

According to GFI Management Services, Frederick Mehlman will be joining the company as CEO. In this new role, Mehlman will be responsible for the company's operations, asset management and accounting functions. Mehlman joins GFI after 14 years at Maxx Properties where he ran its management company, overseeing a national portfolio of more than 14,000 units and spearheaded the organization's growth.
