Meet the USGBC Member - Tammy Cunha

Tammy Cunha, LEED AP-BD+C, project manager at P.W. Grosser Consulting and the treasurer of the U.S. Green Building Council-Long Island chapter. She is responsible for the development of civil engineering site plan designs and reviews pertaining to municipal, state, institutional and local general projects at P.W. Grosser. She performs site plan reviews for municipal clients and is in charge of civil site plan applications, wetlands permit applications, LEED project coordination and administration, municipal materials for project approvals, and project budgets. Among her most notable projects is the newest addition to the Eastport South Manor School District's Tuttle Ave. School, an anticipated LEED Gold public school building. Cunha is a NYS Building Code Enforcement Official (CEO) and holds certifications in the International Code Council (ICC), certified in green building code.
