Meet the USGBC Member - Matthew Boyce
Matthew Boyce is an architectural designer and project manager of Green Innovative Design; an associate member of the AIA and sits on several USGBC-LI Committees. Boyce possesses a broad knowledge in architectural construction as well as residential and commercial design. His abilities have been recognized locally and nationally by way of participation in the HGTV show, "All American Handyman" with judge Mike Holmes of " Holmes on Homes" and "Holmes Inspection."

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
