Meet the Rochester BOMA Members

Scott Hill, CPM, is a property manager at Uniland Development Company, Inc. He received his bachelor's of science in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1984. He currently serves as the vice president of the greater Rochester chapter of the Building Owner and Managers Association (BOMA). He is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) chapter 58: Rochester - western New York.Jerry Thorpe is the executive vice president Rochester/Buffalo of Matrix Integrated Facility Management. He graduated from the University of Iowa with majors in Business and Psychology. His 25 years of facility experience has been in design, construction, contract maintenance, and janitorial services. He is a member of the legislative committee for the greater Rochester chapter of the Building Owner and Managers Association (BOMA).
