Bob Giniecki, CCIM, SEC, specializes in commercial-investment real estate consulting, brokerage representing clients in acquisition and disposition, site location, analysis and valuation. He is a national instructor in the field of commercial-investment real estate. He is a participant in regional and national marketing meetings as a member of NYSCAR, the CCIM Institute and the SEC. He has served as president of the NYS CCIM chapter, NYSCAR and the Capital Region Commercial & Industrial Brokers Association. He holds a B.S. degree in Management.
