Shimon Shkury is managing director and partner for northern Manhattan, the Bronx, and Westchester at Massey Knakal Realty Services. Since joining Massey Knakal in 2002, his individual broker transactions have included: 206 transactions (267 in investment sales), consisting of 2 million in total s/f, and totaling about $650 million in investment
property sales. Since 2004, his division has sold 500 properties, consisting of 4 million s/f and totaling in excess of $1 billion.
