John Chiappetta, CPA, is the managing director of Landmark Realty Capital, which he founded in 2009. Landmark is a non-traditional commercial real estate lender. Landmark offers traditional commercial real estate financing. They have the ability to assist their clients in all phases of the capital structure including debt, mezzanine and equity. They work directly with clients, as well as, help brokers obtain financing for their clients. They provide these services on a regional and national basis.
