Meet the LICN Member: Yoshi Takita

Yoshi Takita, fluent in Japanese/English, was born and raised in Osaka, Japan. After receiving his high school diploma in his hometown, he came to the United States at the age of 18 and continued his college study in New York. He understands the practice in both the U.S. real estate and Japanese real estate transactions. He is serving as NAR CIPS Advisory Board & Global Business/Alliance Committee Board. He is on the Board of Directors and chair of Fair Housing and Culture Diversity at state level. He is also a founding member, vice president with AREAA NY East Chapter. During the course of years, he has earned ABR, CBR, SRES, SFR, epro, RSPS, HAFA, and CIPS. Yoshi represents tenants with corporate relocation from Japan to the US.
