Mark Wilensky is a tax attorney and counsel to Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP with offices in Mineola and Manhattan. He helps clients structure real estate transactions to maximize capital gain treatment, defer recognition of income, and minimize transfer taxes. He provides tax advice on section 1031 exchanges, installment sales, financings, and lease agreements for real estate developers and investors. Wilensky has an Masters of Laws (LL.M.) from NYU, a J.D. from Columbia University, and is a member of the Bloomberg BNA Real Estate Advisory Board.
