James Sheuchenko is the president of Property Management Advisors, LLC. Their services include educational and leadership training, and training in specific disciplines as it relates to property and facilities management professionals. Property Management Advisors course instruction is tailored to fit client needs and requirements. Courses can be tailored to run for as little as a few hours, or more detailed instruction, covering multiple courses, may be taken over several days. Sheuchenko is a seasoned veteran and has given numerous seminars and lectures regarding subjects important to the Facility and Property Management industry. He has written numerous articles and books, has developed training videos, and is currently on the Editorial Board of Construction Renovation Magazine.
