Meet the LICN Member - Magnani

A veteran of commercial real estate since 1984, John Magnani is a licensed associate broker and heads up the commercial division at Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty. Beginning his career as an investment broker with The Windsor Group in Manhattan, he gained an expertise in the commercial and industrial sectors of N.Y.C. and L.I. Since becoming part of Daniel Gale Sotheby's Manhasset office, he has helped to expand the organization's commercial division and facilitates training modules for new agents. Among his notable transactions, the conversion of a 50,000 s/f Brooklyn warehouse into a school. He is currently working on long-term land leases in Suffolk County and has contracts on industrial properties in Brooklyn, Nassau and Suffolk. Long Island Business News readers recently voted the Commercial Division a first runner up for Best Commercial Real Estate Company and Best Commercial Real Estate Broker in that publication's annual survey of the "Best of Long Island."
