Meet the LICN Member: Lois Thompson

Lois Thompson has been a NYS licensed Realtor since 1984. In beating the challenge by finding the perfect match between customers and the client, she has learned this may require unconventional methods, out-of-the-box thinking, and creative involvement. Thompson is equally comfortable with national or local accounts, and gives each her full attention. She firmly believes in targeted marketing with broad exposure to ensure successful results. Thompson's experience includes:1031 exchanges, large office and mixed-use buildings, shopping centers, land development, investment properties, working with franchise requirements, and EPA exposed parcels. She currently occupies the top spot for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT on Long Island, and is a board member of the LICN for whom she originated their popular New Agent Orientation Seminars.
