Meet the LICN Member: Denise Kelly

As director of business development for Loveman, Kornreich & Steers Inc. (LKS), Denise Kelly is committed to the further development of the firm's hospitality division, and real estate programs. Since 1977, LKS has been a leading provider of personal, commercial, and life & health insurance products. With her extensive background in the hospitality industry (restaurants), Kelly will be branding LKS throughout Long Island...the vast companies LKS represents, the many services they provide, and their restaurant/hospitality and real estate programs. Insurance is a necessary element in any Realtor's sales cycle, whether your client needs a homeowners policy to close on a residential property; a commercial property policy that may be needed to buy/lease a property, or a business owners policy that may be required for a business brokerage listing. Although Denise Kelly's office is located in Purchase, she work remotely from my home office in Western Suffolk County, and travel from Montauk to Manhattan to assist residential and commercial clients. For 17+ years she has been involved in the insurance industry, and has remained because it is gratifying.
