Meet the BMAR Member - Guarino

In 1995, Richard Guarino trained in the armed forces at Fort Sill Okla. Shortly after that, he took his first job in N.Y.C. and learned how to install, maintain, and build a pay phone. In 1999, he began his real estate career at Extreme Realty where he was trained to broker deals by his brother James. After just four years, he was promoted to managing partner of Extreme Realty LLC. In 2009, he joined James Guarino and James Kinsey to found ERG Property Advisors. ERG Property Advisors is now consummating transactions of investment grade property in and around the 5 boroughs. He is the managing director of ERG. He now leads his team of salespeople trading investment property in the Bronx. Guarino also serves on the board at the Bronx Manhattan North Association of Realtors (BMAR) as VP of the Manhattan residential division. For many years he has been volunteering at the Fathers Heart Ministries in Manhattan and he and his wife Jennifer give their time to the local animal shelter near his home in Port Washington.
