McLaughlin of NAI Platform handles lease to Innerspace Systems

Felton McLaughlin of NAI Platform brokered a multi-year lease of professional office space between the tenant Innerspace Systems Inc. and the landlord Aviation Road Properties. The s/f was not disclosed. Innerspace Systems is in the records management industry with offices in Albany and Brewster. Aviation Road Properties is a locally owned property management group with over 60,000 s/f of office space in the Wolf Rd. corridor.
