McKnight of Island Associates leases 2,100 s/f

Island Associates completed the 10-year lease of 2,100 s/f at Delco Plaza to Tropical Smoothie Café. This is the 12th Tropical Smoothie opened on Long Island. Steve McKnight of Island Associates represented Tropical Smoothie and Realty Insight Group represented the landlord. Tropical Smoothie joins Friendly's restaurant, Taco Bell, Vitamin World, Game Stop, Pep Boys and more. Island Associates exclusively represents Tropical Smoothie Café throughout Long Island.
