McKnight of Centro brokers 15,008 s/f Gold's Gym lease in Virginia

Centro Properties Group completed a 15,008 s/f lease with Gold's Gym at Hanover Sq., located in the southwest corner of I-295 and Merchantsville Tpke. (Hwy. 360), on Bell Creek Rd. Connie Jordan Nielsen of Thalhimer Commercial Real Estat represented Gold's Gym. Centro Properties Group is the owner of Hanover Square and was represented by Terry McKnight with Centro Properties Group.
