McIndoo of Community Commercial sells $425,000

Huntington Station, NY Community Commercial brokered the sale of a 9,000 s/f lot with a 2,000 s/f multi-use building at 1973 New York Ave.  This corner lot building sold for $425,000, and will be renovated to accommodate an auto sales business. Todd McIndoo of Community Commercial represented the seller. The buyers are Mina & Walid Karimzadar of LMS Auto Sales. 

Community Commercial, founded in 2015 by Todd McIndoo, provides owner representation, tenant representation, consulting, and investment services. The company brings a unique approach to real estate by giving 4-10% of their revenue to local charitable partners.
