McGuire Development signs international health care investment company as client

McGuire Development Company, a local commercial development, real estate consulting and property management firm, has been retained by an affiliate of Health Care REIT (HCN) to provide marketing and leasing services for two of the company's properties in Western New York. The McGuire Development team will be responsible for the marketing and leasing of two medical office buildings, one at 550 Orchard Park Rd. in West Seneca and the other at 6932-6934 Williams Rd. in Niagara Falls. "We are thrilled to work with HCN on the leasing of its buildings in West Seneca and Niagara Falls. Medical office buildings are one of our core competencies and we are looking forward to working with an international company of HCN's caliber," said Jim Dentinger, president of McGuire Development. "Our team is excited to develop and execute a comprehensive plan to market the properties and fill the vacancies." McGuire Development's vast portfolio of medical office development and leasing experience includes 400 International Dr., Omni Pain and Wellness Center, Wehrle Professional Center, Northwoods Medical Center, Pediatric and Adolescent Urgent Care at 1800 Maple Rd., University Pediatric Dentistry, and Collier Health Park in Naples, Florida. The company is also closely affiliated with the McGuire Group, operator of six nursing and rehabilitation facilities in New York State.
