McGuire Development sells manufacturing facility at 41-45 Harmon Avenue for $16.72 million

Falconer, NY McGuire Development Company, a local commercial development, real estate consulting and property management firm, arranged the disposition of a manufacturing facility located at 41-45 Harmon Ave. The property was purchased by SKFNY001, LLC, a subsidiary of Oak Street Real Estate Capital, for $16.72 million. The 66,000 s/f manufacturing facility with an attached 16,000 s/f office building was built by McGuire Development Company in 2012 and is occupied by SKFUSA, LLC. SKFUSA will remain in the facility. Oak Street Real Estate Capital is a private equity real estate firm out of Chicago, IL that specializes in single-tenant properties. This purchase is the company’s first inroad into Chautauqua County and Western New York. The SKF project received the Jeffrey J. Zogg Build New York Award in 2012 and was a finalist in the Buffalo Business First 2012 Brick-by-Brick Awards for Best New Construction Project. McGuire Development Company has extensive experience in the development and construction of high end facilities for a number of industries including manufacturing and professional services. Through its signature transparent process, the company manages the development project, ensuring the original vision is adhered to and the project is completed on time and on or under budget.
