McGuire Development Company appoints Sessanna as property manager

McGuire Development Company, a local commercial development, brokerage and property management firm, has appointed Paula Sessanna as property manager. In this capacity, Sessanna is responsible for the oversight and maintenance operation of numerous properties including 665 Main St. in Buffalo, Omni Pain & Wellness Center in Hamburg, Derby Professional Park in Derby, and Medaille College's Amherst Campus. This includes direct interaction and communication with tenants, coordinating building maintenance and general upkeep as well as lease renewals & negotiations. Sessanna also manages each property from a visionary standpoint, proactively enhancing its safety, viability, convenience and comfort for those it serves. Sessanna possesses more than 13 years experience managing commercial real estate portfolios for class A, class B, retail and industrial/flex commercial buildings both in Western New York and South Florida. Her breadth of experience includes physical plant management, building maintenance coordination and supervision, vendor coordination and contract administration, lease administration, budget preparation and administration, construction management for all tenant improvements and general office management.
