McGuire Development and Trammell begin 268,000 s/f Campus Sq. project

Buffalo, NY According to McGuire Development Co. and Mark Trammell, the New York State Housing Finance Agency has officially approved a construction/permanent financing package for the Campus Sq. development project. Construction is scheduled to begin March 2017.

Campus Sq. will be a six-story 268,000 s/f, class A, mixed-use building, containing an 88,000 s/f parking facility. The project is being developed in the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus on 3.4 acres across from the Gates Vascular Institute, on the corner of East North St. and Ellicott St.

Campus Sq. is one of the first multi-generational, mixed-income full service apartment buildings in the city. It will have 153 apartments (92 affordable and 61 market), a grocery store, a coffee shop/restaurant, a bank branch, a dry cleaner, medical offices, and community space with Mohammad’s School of Music in a six-story building.
