JF Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, has recently brokered the sale of Learbury Centre located at 401 North Salina St. Syracuse Behavioral Health was the purchaser of the 55,000 s/f office building. Martin McDermott, senior vice president at JF Real Estate represented the property owner on this transaction.
