McCoy of NAI Long Island secures 8,000 s/f for Izumi Sushi & Hibachi

Dennis McCoy, director at NAI Long Island has leased 8,000 s/f to Izumi Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse at 5745 Sunrise Hwy. Izumi celebrated their grand opening with a ceremony attended by McCoy and Carmine Inserra, principal of NAI Long Island and congresswoman Grace Meng of the U.S. House of Representatives, representing the 6th District of New York. Founded in 1980, NAI Long Island is a full service commercial real estate organization providing sales, leasing, tenant/landlord representation, property management and consulting services.
