McCoy and Centrella of NAI LI complete sale

Dennis McCoy, senior director, and Albert Centrella, principal at NAI Long Island, have completed the sale of 2686 Middle Country Rd. to QuickChek. QuickChek purchased the three-acre former McCarville Ford site this past February, completed the site's construction, and is scheduled to open next month. The sale price was not disclosed. "QuickChek was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire transaction," said McCoy. "The Lake Grove site will be QuickChek's first of many Long Island locations." QuickChek, a privately held, family-owned firm, operates more than 130 stores throughout New Jersey and southern New York, and employees more than 3,500 team members.
