McCloskey and Roth of New York Commercial Real Estate close $445,000 retail property sale

Real estate sales consultants Gerry McCloskey and Scott Roth of New York Commercial Real Estate (NYCRE), a commercial, industrial, retail and multifamily real estate brokerage and property management firm, completed the $445,000 sale of a 1,300 s/f retail building located at 2750 Middle Country Rd. McCloskey and Roth represented the buyer, Melissa Van Horn, who is planning on expanding her dog grooming business, The Groomery of Stony Brook. The space will undergo renovations to accommodate the new owner. Representing the seller, a private investor, were Lou Castellano and Richard Ulrich of Ulrich Real Estate. Led by president Jack Jawdat, an awarded real estate professional, NYCRE has gained recognition for its personalized service and focus on helping its clients achieve the maximum return on investment for their real estate transactions.
