CPEX Real Estate's Retail Sales Team has arranged the sale of 110 Kingsland Ave. in the Greenpoint neighborhood. Associate director Duke McCabe, managing directors Ryan Condren and Eric Altschul were the exclusive brokers on behalf of the seller and procured the purchaser, a user/investor that is looking to expand his business.
110 Kingsland Ave. is a one-story building consisting of 2,651 s/f. It is located of the northeast corner of Kingsland Ave. and Division Place, in a manufacturing district which allows for retail use. The building sold for $500,000, all-cash.
McCabe said, "Over the past six months, we've had numerous offers with uses for the space ranging from food to other local services. The purchaser is a full service laundry operator, which will be a great addition to the neighborhood."
