Mayor and Densen of Island Assocs. broker $380,000
Bohemia, NY Christopher Mayor and Lawrence Densen of Island Associates Real Estate completed the sale of 4571 Sunrise Hwy. for $380,000. The property was sold to 4571 Sunrise, Inc., and will be completely renovated.
The property was exclusively marketed by Island Associates; Mayor and Densen represented both the buyer and seller.
