Nick Masson of Schuckman Realty, Inc. has represented the landlord in a 1,000 s/f lease at 2918 Ditmars Blvd. to Sprint. The property is located on the cross streets of 31st St. and Ditmars Blvd. Jeremy Scholder of CBRE represented the tenant. The length of the lease is five months.
