Massey Knakal completed the following two sales totaling $14.05 million:
* A five-story, 10,068 s/f apartment building located at 539 East 87th St. sold for $8.05 million. Massey Knakal SVP of sales Thomas Gammino, Jr., exclusively handled the transaction.
* A corner retail building consisting of six commercial units located at 156-164 Delancey St., sold for $6 million.
