Massey Knakal Realty closes three sales totaling $28.15 million

Massey Knakal Realty Services (MK) has closed on three deals totaling $28.15 million. The deals include: * The $15.75 million sale of a 91' x 75' development site at 154 Delancey St. Based on the C6-2A proposed zoning (currently C6-1), it contains 47,706 s/f. The property was sold to Sam Chang, a hotel developer. MK broker Michael DeCheser represented the seller. * The $11.5 million sale of a Central Parking System parking garage at 212 East 47th St./211 East 46th St. in Midtown East. The two-level lot contains 105 parking spaces, but has potential for 165 spaces. The lot contains 24,500 s/f. The property was sold to a L.I. parking company. MK chairman Robert Knakal represented the seller. * The $900,000 sale of a semi-attached, six-family property at 846 Bay Ridge Ave. in Brooklyn. The three-story building contains 4,860 s/f. MK broker Stephen Palmese represented the seller.
