Martin named vice president of corporate services at Coldwell Banker Prime Properties

According to Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, Marilyn Martin, SCRP, a 35-year relocation industry veteran, has assumed responsibility for its corporate services operations. For the past seven years, Martin has been an account executive at Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, working with companies that are relocating employees and affinity program clients. She has also been the primary liaison with chambers of commerce, economic development organizations, and the human resources community. Martin's experience includes managing worldwide relocation for General Electric and serving as vice president of consulting at Coldwell Banker Relocation. She holds the Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) designation awarded by Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC) in recognition of her extensive knowledge and service in the relocation industry. Coldwell Banker's Corporate Services provides a wide array of relocation services including area orientation, home purchase and sale assistance, temporary housing and rental finding, group move and concierge services, and relocation consulting. In addition, they offer affinity programs to companies and member organizations and provide REO/asset management services. Martin is a graduate of the University at Albany, the Leadership Schenectady program, and various GE management courses, and is a New York State licensed real estate sales person. She is a member of the Greater Capital Region Association of Realtors, Worldwide Employee Relocation Council, Capital Region Human Resource Association, Executive Women's Golf Association and several local chambers of commerce, and is active in numerous community and volunteer initiatives.
