According to Mancini Duffy, Melissa Marsh, Assoc. AIA, has joined the firm as principal and director of workplace strategy. Her responsibilities will encompass strategic programming, visioning, change management, and survey development, as well as leadership of the firm's Center for Workplace Innovation (CWI).
"Melissa has established an exceptional reputation in the industry for her expertise in helping companies transform their real estate assets in ways that reinforce long-term business strategies and corporate culture," said Anthony Schirripa, AIA, Mancini*Duffy's chairman and CEO. "We welcome the more than 12 years' experience, world-class client relationships, and impeccable credentials she brings to our firm."
"Mancini Duffy is not only a premier architectural and interiors practice, it is actively pursuing a strategic response to the changing ways of work," Marsh said. "From employee mobility and new tools for work, to facing the realities of real estate consolidation in a rapidly changing world, the firm recognizes that design must be at the heart of a multi-faceted consulting service in order to best serve our clients."

Marsh was most recently associate director at DEGW, a London-headquartered architectural and workplace strategy consulting firm where she worked on projects for a wide range of public and private sector clients, including several significant assignments for the United States General Services Administration.
