Marks, Lebor, and Finnerty of TerraCRG broker $6.3 million industrial site sale

Brooklyn, NY TerraCRG closed on the $6.3 million sale of an industrial site located at 848 E 43rd St. in East Flatbush. Dan Marks, Daniel Lebor, and Robert Finnerty exclusively represented the seller.

Within the Industrial Business Zone, the property consists of one L-shaped 29,460 s/f lot with a 17,500 s/f industrial building and an adjacent 12,000 s/f gated yard. The sale price translates to $360 per s/f.

“This sale portrays the consistent demand of industrial assets in the market and supports our expectations of a strong latter half of the year,” said Lebor, partner at TerraCRG. “We are excited to see what 2H 2021 brings, with a steady return to overall activity.”
