Brooklyn, NY TerraCRG has been retained exclusively to sell a vacant commercial building at 155 20th St., located between Third and Fourth Aves. in the Sunset Park neighborhood. Dan Marks and Mike Hernandez are marketing the property. “This property presents a rare opportunity for both a user looking to move or expand their business into a privately-owned building, or an investor looking to acquire commercial property in one of the fastest growing submarkets in New York City,” said Hernandez, associate vice president at TerraCRG.
