What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Over the last year compiled information on standards for the cost segregation industry. It will be published later this year under the American Society for Cost Segregation Professionals. In the future I would hope buyers and sellers have a meeting of the minds. I'd like to see alot more liquidity.
