Marin joins Eastern Consolidated as associate director
Jason Marin has joined Eastern Consolidated, one of the leading investment sales brokerage companies, as associate director. Marin specializes in the sales and acquisition of all asset types in Manhattan with an emphasis on multifamily, office and development assets in downtown Manhattan.
Previously, he worked at Studley Inc. in Philadelphia, where he created financial models, identified new potential clients, and developed and reviewed lease abstracts. Prior to Studley, he worked at Strategic Realty Advisors where he created building packages and performed comparable property analysis and research.
"Jason Marin's experience at Studley, combined with a strong background in economics, has provided him with a solid foundation for investment sales," said Daun Paris, president of Eastern Consolidated. "He brings fresh insight to the team and is a welcome addition."
Marin is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics and Urban Studies. He is currently enrolled at New York University's Graduate Hospitality Industry Studies Certificate Program.
