Manhattan Skyline Management and Isaacs and Co. broker lease for Diptyque

East Hampton, NY According to Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., French perfume house Diptyque is opening a boutique in the village at 11 Newtown Ln. this summer.

Started by Christiane Montadre-Gautrot, Yves Coueslant and Desmond Knox-Leet in Paris in 1961, Diptyque will be located off the corner of Main St., Diptyque’s new 640 s/f store will feature 20 ft. of store frontage on Newtown Ln.

“Diptyque is the perfect complement to the existing shops on Newtown Ln.,” said Joshua Roth, senior vice president of retail at Manhattan Skyline Management. “This internationally acclaimed luxury brand has long been a staple of homes out East, and now is the perfect time to establish a boutique in the heart of the Village of East Hampton.”

Diptyque has local boutiques in Williamsburg, Nolita, Grand Central Terminal, Columbus Circle, and on Madison Ave., which is undergoing renovation.

Roth represented Manhattan Skyline in the long-term lease transaction. Diptyque was represented by Joel Isaacs and Nick Cowan of Isaacs and Company.

“We feel right at home on Newtown Lane,” said Jennifer Sabarots, vice president of retail, Americas. “The area’s residents and visitors share our luxurious yet laidback aesthetic, and we look forward to building new customer relationships in this iconic location.”

Neighboring tenants to Diptyque’s new space include Gucci, Golden Goose, Aerin, Zimmerman, The Monogram Shop, Brunello Cucinelli, Tenet, A La Mode Shoppe, James Perse, Tod’s, Room & Board, Cartier and Prada.
