Manes joins Houlihan Lawrence as salesperson

According to Houlihan Lawrence, Sara Manes has joined the firm as a salesperson in its Katonah office. "Houlihan Lawrence continues to be the industry leader with a reputation built on trust and integrity," said Manes. "When I made the decision to enter the real estate field, I knew right away I wanted to work there." Prior to entering real estate, Manes spent several years analyzing data as a research associate with two consumer market research firms. Through this experience, she sharpened her skills to gather detailed information, analyze data and create successful solutions for her clients. A fitness devotee, she also spent several years as a Pilates instructor, where her clients knew her to be an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher. She has always had a passion for real estate, interested not just in the architecture and design, but also the financial aspects; drawn by how a home is priced, what it sells for and the larger ties to the economy. After years of observing the market, she finally decided it was time to become a player. A passionate salesperson, she is able to transfer all her client services and problem-solving abilities easily into real estate. "Sara is very thorough, with a keen eye for detail and a wealth of knowledge about the consumer market, and this is evident to her clients," says Roselyn Harburger, Katonah brokerage manager. "We're very happy to have her join the team." Sara graduated from George Washington University with a degree in International Business and has lived in the Katonah-Lewisboro area for over 10 years with her husband and two children. An active member of the community, Sara volunteers with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Sisterhood of Chabad, and she is thoroughly involved in both her children's schools.
