Stalco Construction, Inc., a general contracting and construction management firm hired Lauren Mancuso as director of marketing & business development and Joseph Galvin as project manager.
Mancuso's responsibilities include new business development, increasing Stalco's brand recognition in both public and private sectors, developing and implementing marketing strategies, maintaining client relationships, producing proposals, and internal communications.
Galvin's responsibilities include complete project management in pre-construction, delivery, and close-out phases. He will manage value engineering and constructability analysis, budgets, development of subcontractor bid packages, overall construction quality and schedule, and post-construction client support services.
Galvin currently manages multiple school renovations and expansions for the West Babylon Union Free School District in West Babylon, N.Y. The project encompasses interior renovations and capital improvements at West Babylon Junior High School, John F. Kennedy Elementary School, Santapogue Elementary School library, and South Bay Elementary School library.
