Maltzman of Leslie J. Garfield signs 465 s/f lease

Leslie J. Garfield & Co., Inc. has leased a 465 s/f space at 1650 Third Ave. to 1650 Third Ave. Liquors, Inc., marking the company's fifth area location. Other locations include: Wine @ 79 (1490 York Ave.), Gracie Wine (1588 York Ave.), East River Wine (1364 York Ave.), and Wine @ 54 (54th and Tenth Ave.) Director of sales and leasing of Leslie J. Garfield & Co., Brandon Maltzman, said, "We are very pleased to have signed 1650 Third Ave. Liquors, Inc. operated by Botros Elraheb to a 10-year lease. Given the strong demand for the space in the area, we had several prospects bidding on the space." Maltzman represented the owner of the building and Shannon McAlister represented the tenant.
