Majerovsky of Citywide reps tenant in 3,500 s/f lease at 144 West 37th Street
The Consulate General of Honduras has signed a 3,500 s/f lease. They will be moving from the entire 3rd floor at 144 West 37th St. into a ground floor space located at 255 West 36th St. The ground floor of 2,000 s/f consists of a large open area with a few offices, two bathrooms, and a 1,500 s/f mezzanine with some additional built offices. Sasha Majerovsky of Citywide Properties, Inc., who represented the tenant, said that the ground floor was suited for a consulate office that deals with visas, passports and government related matters.
