Mailand of Parkline breaks ground on 10,000 s/f steel industrial facility

Mailand at 61 Clinton Street project -
Center Moriches, NY

Center Moriches, NY On October 1st, Richard Mailand, owner/developer of Parkline, broke ground on a 10,000 s/f steel multi-tenant industrial facility located on 61 Clinton St. The facility will have five 2,000 s/f suites each with 10% office, 12 x 16 ft. overhead doors and 24ft. clear ceiling height. This facility complements a two-building 18,000 s/f industrial complex with a 100-car parking lot Mailand recently finished renovating next door. The renovated complex has 100% of the industrial occupied and a 3,000 s/f high-end office suite, fully furnished waiting for a tenant.

After putting up a 40,000 s/f block and mortar, multi-tenant industrial building in 2007, he wanted to build a steel building. In 2009, he built a 20-hangar aircraft complex at Gabreski Airport in Westhampton. The buildings went up fast and clean in addition to being strong and long lasting. This all brought him to the construction of the Center Moriches buildings.

In addition, he is presently working on a 64-hangar steel aircraft storage complex in Florida.
