To commemorate the end of another successful year, Madison Equities wrapped up 2008 with a holiday party at The Players Club. More than 200 guests, including colleagues, friends and brokers, enjoyed the celebration with champagne and hors d'oeuvres while previewing a video showcasing their current properties. The firm had much to celebrate including the recent sales launch of 57 Irving, a nine-unit residential building designed by Audrey Matlock. Madison Equities also welcomed their first residents at the award-winning building Chelsea Modern, a 47-unit residential building at 447 West 18th St.
