Mackey and Cottet of Pyramid broker 46,950 s/f at 2801 Court Street; Westfall brokers 230,000 s/f sale for industrial holdings

Pyramid Brokerage Company completed the following sale and leases: * Lyndale Commercial Park, formerly known as Syracuse China, located at 2801 Court St. has revealed its second and newest tenant. DSI Distributing Inc. leased 46,950 s/f of industrial warehouse. Crystal Rock, Inc. at 18,000 s/f was the inaugural tenant last October. Paul Mackey and Gary Cottet of Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered both lease transactions on behalf of the landlord Amparit Industries LLC. * The former Oberdorfer foundry located at 6259 Thompson Rd. recently sold. Northern Industrial Holdings LLC purchased the property with plans to demolish the 230,000 s/f facility and redevelop the 17.6 acre site with retail, industrial or multifamily development. Christopher Westfall of Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered the sale transaction and is also representing the new owner during the re-development phase. * Bankers Life Casualty Company leased 2,800 s/f at the professional office building located at 1 Telergy Dr. Brian Balash, CCIM of Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered this lease transaction on behalf of the tenant.
