MacDougall of Breslin Realty acts for landlord in two leases totaling 3,000 s/f

Breslin Realty has brokered two lease signings at the Wheatley North Building, 87 Glen Cove Rd., a mixed-use building of retail, office and storage. World Tae Kwon Do Academy signed a lease for 2,000 s/f, for its second location. Its first facility operates in Port Washington. Richard MacDougall of Breslin Realty represented the landlord. iProdigy, a wireless telephone repair and maintenance store has taken 1,000 s/f of retail space. John Magnani of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty represented the tenant while MacDougall represented the landlord.
