CB Richard Ellis/Albany has assisted with the negotiation of a new lease for New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC at 3057 Rte. 50. Negotiations on behalf of Cingular Wireless were handled by Ann MacAffer, CCIM of CB Richard Ellis/Albany. The landlord was represented by Nigro Companies. Cingular will occupy 3,207 s/f.
