M&T Realty Capital Corp. names Cohen and Hogan as senior vice presidents of loan originations

 

 

Manhattan, NY M&T Realty Capital Corp. (M&T RCC) has appointed Andrew Cohen and Shane Hogan as senior vice presidents of loan originations. Both will be based in the firm’s New York City office and will focus on nationwide loan origination leveraging a variety of capital sources including Agency, bridge, and M&T Bank capabilities.

Cohen joins M&T RCC with more than 15 years of experience in multifamily financing. He most recently served as executive director at Wells Fargo’s multifamily capital group, where he focused on national Agency loan originations. Over the past five years, Cohen originated more than $1 billion in loans across Affordable, Student, Seniors, and Conventional Housing sectors.

Hogan brings two decades of multifamily lending experience, also joining from Wells Fargo where he served as executive director and senior lead commercial mortgage banker. Hogan has a strong background in both originations and underwriting, having worked on a wide range of asset types including Affordable, Historic Tax Credit, Coops, bridge lending and conventional agency financing.
