What was the most challenging part of working during the pandemic?
Immediately changing our lives to protect not only our loved ones but also our clients and their loved ones is a challenge in itself. We took multiple precautions including wearing masks, regularly sanitizing commonly touched surfaces and by providing hand sanitizer throughout the office. However, by far the biggest challenge to overcome was adjusting how we conducted business. From closings in our parking lot, to creating a payment plan for our clients, to becoming well versed in Zoom, it took a lot of creativity to keep conducting our business as planned while also helping our clients in need and keeping them safe.

What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2020?
As a forward thinking company we strategized to make the best out of the pandemic and continued to move forward as planned. With most of our business being conducted throughout New York, we are overjoyed that we have taken our first step into the Floridian Real Estate market and are now property managers for a Taco Bell located in St. Petersburg. We are very excited to be moving throughout the country and hope to expand even further going into the new year.
